The looms used to bring the garments to life are rare Bentley-Cotton specimens, true masterpieces of textile engineering. Once designed to produce socks for men and women, they have been adapted to work wool and related materials. This transformation is facilitated by state-of-the-art software that translates ancient craft codes into contemporary practices. The result is a perfect synthesis of tradition and innovation, where habit and experimentation combine to create knitwear of exceptional quality and character.

All Kiton pieces are made from meticulously selected hides and assembled by expert craftsmen in our atelier in Naples. The superior quality hides are also processed by hand using artisan washes and dyes. Any imperfections, colour clouding, veining or creases distinguish Kiton products and make them one-of-a-kind. To preserve the beauty and integrity of our products, we recommend following a few specific guidelines: avoid prolonged exposure to sources of light, heat and humidity; avoid contact with greasy or oily substances, make-up, perfumes or solvents; it is best to avoid contact with water.
